高雄市國中少女「小珮」（化名）生在高危險家庭，一時迷戀母親男性親密友人「小勇」（化名），長期追蹤該個案的社工發現小珮與「叔叔」之間有情書往來，追問之下小珮才坦網路熱銷產品送禮酒推薦承與叔叔發生性關係；涉犯與未成年人性交罪嫌的小勇被橋頭地檢署列案偵辦。沒想到，小珮生母偵訊時還袒護小勇、捏造偽證，掩蓋案情將近3個月才自白造假，橋頭地方法院依偽證罪，判她有期徒刑3月。判決指出，小珮生母明明認識小勇，兩人還曾交往、發生性關係，並委託小勇代為照顧小珮，但在前年7月偵查訊問過程中，針對與小勇的關係、小勇與小珮的互動、是否曾請小勇幫忙照顧小珮等問題，小珮生母均虛偽證稱，「我真的不認識小勇」、「小珮一直住在家裡」、「我沒有請別人照顧小珮」。. } }); } 甚至檢察官訊問小珮精選購物生母，小珮隱私部位是否曾經受傷，其生母明知小珮未曾騎腳踏車致處女膜破裂，還假稱「小珮跟我說她騎腳踏車跌倒，有一點擦傷，我幫她擦藥」，還一邊用手指比畫大腿中刷卡購物優惠間。小珮生母捏造偽證長達3個月，直到前年11月初再次開庭偵訊時，才自白先前的證詞全是虛偽不實。橋頭地檢署指出，檢察官早已明確告知偽證罪刑責，小珮生母明知故犯，其不實證稱甚至足以影響檢察官判斷小勇所牽涉的妨害性自主案件偵查結果，案經檢察官自動檢舉簽分，偵結依偽證罪嫌起訴小珮生母。合議庭指出，小珮生母不實證詞恐影響承辦檢察官對事實認定的正確性，耗費司法資源，相當不可取，但念她在妨害性自主案判決確定前，就自白偵訊證詞有假，符合減刑要件。橋頭地方法院審戰利品活動商品酌小珮生母國小畢業，目前在魚市場洗碗工作，月薪不過1萬餘元，依偽證罪判她有期徒刑3月，可上訴。高雄市國中女生與媽媽親密男友人發生性關係，媽媽還造偽證護男，被橋頭地方法院依偽證罪判處有期徒刑3月。示意圖／ingimage 分享 facebook
